Structured Therapy for High-Functioning Adults Under Stress

Virtual therapy for anxiety, burnout, and high-responsibility stress.

Weekday daytime appointments (Mon–Th)

How Therapy Works

Therapy begins with a 60-minute initial appointment to understand your concerns, history, and goals. From there, we meet weekly to build momentum and develop practical strategies for managing stress, regulating emotion, and shifting unhelpful patterns.

Early work focuses on building stability and foundational skills. As things improve, we address the deeper patterns driving stress, burnout, or recurring difficulties.

The work is active and collaborative, with clear structure, direct feedback, and practical application between sessions.

Who This Is For

This practice is designed for adults who are functioning in daily life but feel stretched thin, stuck, or under sustained pressure. Many clients are professionals or individuals in high-responsibility roles who want structured, practical therapy focused on meaningful change.

Sessions are held virtually for adults located anywhere in Michigan.

Often a Good Fit If You:

  • Feel chronically stressed, burned out, or mentally overloaded

  • Notice patterns of anxiety, overthinking, or emotional reactivity

  • Want practical strategies and clear direction, not just space to vent

  • Are willing to attend consistently and take an active role in the work

  • Value structure, direct feedback, and measurable progress

May Not Be the Right Fit If You:

  • Are seeking crisis or emergency services

  • Need intensive or daily support

  • Prefer open-ended, unstructured sessions

  • Need direct insurance billing or highly flexible attendance

My background includes high-acuity trauma work and executive leadership experience, which informs a practical, systems-oriented approach to outpatient care.

In private practice, my focus is structured, collaborative therapy for adults who want to think clearly, regulate effectively, and make durable changes, without unnecessary intensity or institutional feel.
